Castello Utveggio

On Monte Pellegrino, the pink castle overlooking Palermo becomes a place of work and representation again. The intervention restores the historic interiors — vaults, decoration, arched frames — and inserts contemporary equipment as an autonomous, legible and reversible layer.

Conference halls, executive spaces and training areas coexist without touching the structure: a conservation project that is also a management project, designed for continuous daily use.
