Art Boutique Hotel

A former industrial complex on the water becomes a boutique hotel devoted to art. The existing structure is not disguised: it is read, lightened and brought back to its original proportion, with a new glazed envelope that shelters the terraces and multiplies the view over the lake.

The design treats the sequence of spaces — courtyard, gallery, pool, rooms — as an exhibition route. Every area is calibrated for precise hotel operation, with separate flows for guests, services and the cultural spaces open to the public.
